ESO64 Client: Sound/Music cutting out from time to time

I don't know if this is my computer, the addons I'm using, or the game itself. But in the Orsinium DLC (I have ESO+), I'm hearing the sound and music being choppy, even during interactions with an NPC. What's the reason for this? Just noticed it today. It was perfectly fine yesterday, and I'm still using the same addons as I was before (and I still have the same computer as before).
OS: Windows 7 x64 (SP1)
CPU: AMD FX 4350 Quad Core
GPU: NVIDIA GTX 750 Ti
RAM: 8GB
EDIT: A simple shutdown and restart of the game fixed the problem. Hopefully this doesn't happen again.
