Hey all,

For 2 consecutive days I been fighting people in Cyrodill with Valkiria Skoria set (2 pieces), for my knowlegde it has a 6% chance to proc the meteor to hot you, but it FAR off that percentage.
The meteors fall every 0.5 seconds, EVEN after you purge (no DOT = no meteor).
Tested in PvE and found out it proc far more often then its intended.

It does not proc every 0.5 seconds... I use valkyns in PvE and if it did proc that often Id be doing 60k DPS...... And im not a sorc. Exaggerations... It procs maybe once every 8-10 or so seconds adding about 1k dps which is on par with nereinith.

    Seems fine to me.

    Depends who's using it.

On my templar for instance it procs from a lot.

Entropy, dawnbreaker, ice comet, Proxy det, Radiant oppression, jabs, tripling charge and Aurora javelin (all aedric spear skills seems to - I'm guessing it's the burning light passive).

So pretty much everything I use has a chance of proccing it. My gap closer (toppling charge), cc (javelin), spammable dps (jabs), extra dps (det), execute (Radiant), buff (entropy) and ults (dawnbreaker and ice comet) all proc it. Considering each jab can proc it, it has a lot of triggers. So 6% of each of them amounts to quite a lot of chances.

Precisely, 6% sounds small, but with a 5 second cool down, and a line up like that you're probably gonna see it ever chance u can

I've been seeing it hit from the same persons way faster than "5 second cooldown" and sometimes twice in same combat log by the same person.

Saw a sorc that was literally spamming it on me... only thing they were casting was curse.

Probably lag... maybe. But, I've been seeing it lately and never really saw it much ever before.

6% chance to proc it yes.

BUT....5seconds cooldown. So you will actually NEVER reach the actual 6% rate. It will more likely by a 3% overal proc chance if you compare it to 1000 DoTs for example, because of the 5s cooldown.
