What style is the willpower weapons?

I don't have a picture, but I'm wondering if it's possible to craft the willpower set weapons. Are they faction style or their own unique style? The swords I have have the Pact dragon on them. Is that the Pact style or something else? I really want to craft these. I love the look.

    will power weapons are faction style and can be crafted with the faction motifs.
