kicked to login screen

It doesn't seem to matter what i do when this happens but randomly i wont be able to type anything in chat and it boots me to the login screen.

Same boat as you. CS just escalated my ticket and now I'm just WAITING for them to say it's my ISP and that it's not their problem and then my ISP doing the same thing. @ZOS_GinaBruno ; This is NOT how Customer Service/Customer Support should treat it's customers.

Same problem here. Randomly kicks me out, difficult to get back in (if at all). Looks like cancelling sub is an option. When you pay for a service you expect a service, not paying for something you cannot use.

I can barely get to an hour and fourty minutes. After that, crash. Wired, wireless... Both are the same. I know I'm not spending another dime in the Crown Store either until they can make an appropriate fix and not the gimmicky run around. But will we? Highly doubt it.
