PC-NA server down or is it just me?

For the past hours I've been booted out a few times after about a minute of 999+ ping. Now I can't even log back in anymore. Keep getting error 108 and 200, can't connect to server. I also have trouble loading the forums. Other website work normally, only ESO. Is it just me or ESO get DDOS attack again?

✭Nah the servers are ok its just that theres so much lag and your internet might not be top notch. But even with top notch internet you have anywhere between 150 - 300 ping just because the game is laggy.1 -
