Running out of ideas here. I finally can access the forums and have a particular question to ask you guys and anyone who has a top end PC. I'm encountering a very strange issue only in ESO, and I have had it on three different machines - laptop included, so I'm starting to think it's some sort of a lag. The problem is this -
Each time I enter combat or even someone ELSE around me enters combat, I get a stutter/hiccup of fps. I'm capped on 65 refresh rate with adaptive vsync, and my fps will drop to 62-63 for a split second each time my spell/attack lands on the mob. The strange thing is, however, that it happens only once and on the first mob for the zone I attack. If I portal to wayshire, it will happen on the first mob and then be gone till I'm done with combat, only to happen on the first mob again right after. The strange thing too is that it happens even if someone ELSE next to me enters combat, there would be a random guy killing a mob next to me and the moment he attacks it, i get that stutter as if I attacked it. I'm running out of ideas to solve this. Can you tell me if it's the megaserver issue (playing on EU), or if ANYONE else at all is experiencing such hitching when entering combat? It sometimes happens when a quest is updating as well.
Customer support wasn't able to help me with this particular thing, so I thought I'd ask here.
Thanks in advance.
