Infinite Loading screen on the way to character Selection

Hey Guys, i really hope you can help. That we have a long loading screen after a Patch is normal, but since today's Patch i am unable to get to the Character Selection. It loads and loads and loads and loads..up to 40 Minutes when i exit. Drivers are all up to date, nothing changed on my system since yesterday. Both clients arent able to get to the Selection Screen.
Repair didnt help...

Suggestions?
