PS4 sound issue

Not sure if this has been reported or if i'm posting it iin the right place.
After the Thieve's guild patch for ps4 i suddenly have this really weird bug that is a bit on the annoying side.
I'll be going about my business in a major city then the sound starts to stutter like crazy and then it's completely gone. I noticed this only happens in cities and that it never happens when i'm using headphones.
Most annoying part is that my whole ps4 loses it's sound and i have to restart it to fix it.
It only happens when i play ESO so i concluded that it's the cause.
