Fixed an issue where abilities that failed to cast due to invalid locations or invalid targets would still charge the caster resources.

✭✭✭If you went to use Toppling Charge for example but the terrain stopped you even though the attack failed it still expended Magicka. ✭✭✭✭✭Failure to use DK Chains that pulls you to the target, 2H Critical Rush, Shield Assault, Explosive Charge. Most of the time its because of uneven ground that either doesn't go off at all or stops you mid flight and become stuck in animation.Edited by phaneub17_ESO on April 13, 2016 2:06AM0 -

✭✭✭✭✭Best example to give is Caltrops. If cast on an "invalid location", Caltrops would not be thrown, yet the large Stamina cost was still charged. Apparently it's now fixed for you PC players.0 -

Necrelios✭✭✭✭✭Used to get this with Dragon Leap all the time, then you have to wait for it to recharge.
