Quick Recovery (Need a ZOS official answer)

I've been using quick recovery in the CP system and I for some reason can't tell if it's working properly. Does Quick recovery really affect self heals or only heals you receive from others?
I use igneous shield and obviously the benefits are immediate but with quick recovery my heals stay the same when using vigor or rally.

@ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom Can you confirm that stamina heals do or do not work with quick recovery?

    Vigor doesn't even benefit from Blessed so it stands to reason Quick Recovery may not effect it. It may just be an issue with Stamina heals in general.

    Yeah that's what I'm trying to figure out because if so then that needs to be worded a bit differently to clarify what it does affect and doesn't.

    Ok so I tested Momentum, Vigor, and to help the investigation used Rapid Regeneration too and here are the results (the figures are based on my stats which are not relevant to this testing but did change with each weapon used for each skill with Dual Wield being used for Vigor, but that still doesn't matter anyway :p )

    Momentum at Quick Recovery 0%: 428 (706 Criticals)
    Momentum at Quick Recovery 4%: 445 (734 Criticals)

    Vigor at Quick Recovery 0%: 628 (1036 Criticals)
    Vigor at Quick Recovery 4%: 653 (1077 Criticals)

    Rapid Regeneration at Quick Recovery 0%: 464 (742 Criticals)
    Rapid Regeneration at Quick Recovery 4%: 482 (771 Criticals)

    Conclusion: Quick Recovery is working properly. Perhaps it was just hard for you to tell? Or perhaps PC only has that issue as PS4 does not. Cannot vouch for Xbox though.
