Is Magicka Controller passive STILL BROKEN?
i was just tweaking my action bars, and it appears that regardless of how many or how few Mage Guild abilities i add to my bar, my Max Magicka doesnt go up or down. i saw posts on this Bug going back to March and September of 2015

Suru✭✭✭✭It is working. Just slotted meteor and and went from 40831 to 41495. I had to bar swap to see this change ofc to reload my character sheet.
