Craftable gear in pvp

Is it possible to make a viable build for pvp for a magicka Dunmer dragonknight using just craftable gear(rng hates me) or would I be better off as a stamina based character and using craftable gear for that.

I prefer to play ranged(yes I'm a coward I know) but as we all know range isn't always an option so I'd like something that isn't as squishy

I think he made a mistake.. obviously you cant get 5p/5p from crafted items. 5 Kagrenac's 4 Magnus(3 if using staff) and 3x Willpower jewelery would be nice i think.
