Constant Stuttering in Dungeons

Hopped on an alt (so forgive the nooby magelight cast) to do a random normal dungeon and the stuttering is just getting ridiculous. I've been getting this since TG, mostly on trash packs. I mean, there are only four people to track, should I really be getting it this bad? If this were a veteran dungeon I'm sure I would've died.
