How cant they release a hotfix for login problem !

So simple is that its clear a lot of ppl suffering because of this atm. I mean everything was normal. How can they broke the game like this ? Getting no errors directly kicks to login screens i am so tired of this I am sorry but How cant u release hotfix for ppl who payed subs or who bought your game and dlcs and after spendings hours of hours cant even play the game...
