Iranian guild member account supended

So one of my guildies has had his account suspended after 9 months of play, because he lives in Iran!

Everything gone all his gear, achievements etc and now he cant play.

Is this a licencing thing or something to do with US sanctions? but the US and Iran signed an agreement yes?

Seems really sad that a video game, which essentially brings the world together in a spirit of cooperation, is unable to transcend political ramifications.

I would ask Zos, that if sanctions have been lifted and if there are no legal or licencing barriers to Iranian players then let them back into the fold.

Hope this can be resolved.

    I don't remember the exact details, but I'm almost certain this one is actually a legal issue.

    This post is to inform you that we've gone ahead and closed this thread. The reason being that discussing any form of disciplinary action on a players account is against the Forum Rules.
