I'm a sneak build I use both magic and stamina abilities was wondering if it would be worth it. I know the main fall back to it is fire weakness. I mostly do pve right now but I have been thinking about pvp in the future.

I played a hybrid templar in closed beta that became a vampire and made it to VR 1. I think you'll have a bigger problem playing as a hybrid build than as a vampire. That being said at low levels vampire abilities help with survivability a lot. It's later in endgame content that it's a pain, with bosses doing one-shot fire damage attacks.

Just try it out, you get an achievement for becoming a vamp and another one for getting it to level 10, if you don't like it you just pay some gold to get cured. If you like sneaking, the extra sneak speed is great.
