Dungeon Finder (PC) Queue resets on any kind of zoning. Is Zenimax working on this?

My queue hit 35 mins (On a supposed 5 min for queue estimate)....I enter a door and boom it resets.
Are they actively working to fix this?
Standing around in a zone with nothing else to do for fear of reseting your queue kinda kills it for me.
