My password doesn't work on the game client, and in the account section here, it says that my account has been suspended. I know that I've done nothing wrong.
no, I have no email about a suspension, the only emails from ESO was one that my account got a login from an unknown IP address, when I have an issue where I have to enter the code once a week, and the other from an active ticket from another issue.
Unbelievable..... the reason my account was locked was because my CPU cooler pump failed, so I've been trying to fix it, and every time I add a new part, ESO makes me re-enter that code to make sure it's my account. So I've missed the double XP weekend because of ESO's security.
