Mag DK Sword and Board question.

Started lving up I hd with Shield on my Mag DK and was wondering if a Mag DK uses any of the 1 hd and Shield skills since they are stam based, and do any of them morph to magic based skill? I am opening up the passives but not sure about the skills.

    I'm assuming by using sword and board you're a tank? I have a magicka DK tank and use a few of the skills; morphs of puncture (pierce armor), low slash (heroic slash) and defensive posture (absorb magic). The rest of my skills are exclusively magicka-based. There are no magicka morphs to any of the one hand and shield skills; but in the case of the taunt (puncture) there is a distance-based magicka taunt in the Undaunted skill line (inner fire).

    I used this before I switched over to stamina, I used defensive posture and invasion for my gap closer cc but I mainly pvp. Not a fan of the chains skill but I did use it in medium to large fights to pull people past our front lines.
