Strange Camera Behavior in Cyrodiil

This occurs at least once per PVP session for me. I think it's affecting me because I play in first person and then when I switch to my horse I ride in third person, and this only happens to me in Cyrodiil. Basically when I mount the camera zooms back to my horse from far away, and I think the distance zoomed is related to where I last dismounted from the horse. Anyway, you can see it happen in this video I captured.
