• EU megaservers for patch maintenance – December 17, 9:00 UTC (4:00AM EST) - 17:00 UTC (12:00PM EST)

    there isn't, maybe it helps when you put all the vampire skills on bar, then you have to just level it up.. with quests,grinding,etc

    The skill line levels as long as you have vampirism and is not influenced by anything other than experience gain.
