how to install the game nanually

earlier today i installed windows 10 x64 on my desktop, and when i tried to install ESO i found out that the Install_ESO.exe file that is now available is damaged or not compatible with my system. after more than 10 hours trying to find a way to install the game using the installer, searching for help in many forums, i found out that this problem happened to many people before but no solution is shared and that the ones affected never got any help from zenimax.

since i'd really like to be able to play this game on my laptop i decided to copy all the game files from my laptop. at first it didn't work, but then i installed the launcher from the file Install_ESO_Beta.exe and copied the files to the same place, and somehow the launcher started. i repaired the files, started the game and it worked, the problem now is that it is extremely slow to start, i have to setup the game everytime i launch it, accept all licenses over and over, and select the country, the addons are not working and the game hangs if i access the setup menu.

so, i have all the game files, i'm able to launch it but there's a lot to fix, i think.

is there anyone around with knowledge to tell me what am i missing here to rebuild the game?
