Crafting style tomes

Hi I just purchased the tomes for the daggerfall covenant crafting style on my character and after learning it, I destroy them. Does that mean I have to buy again to get them?

Is there anyway my other character could learn it?

Nope, a racial tome is bound to your character and when you use it, it is permanently unlocked for that character.

Hey thanks! great info got it now, also one more question for guild stores, can i access them if I dont have a guild? Or must I join a guild to access them and buy stuffs?

You only need to join guilds to sell through their guild, you can buy from them without joining.
That said, joining guilds makes ESO easier and you make lots of friends so you should

No,you dont need a guild.
One thing though,the tomes arent account wide.Remember, they can only be used for that one character.However,you can use that character to make items for your others,..in that motif.
I have one that has all the Outlaw motif bits I have learned.He makes gear for all my other ones.You can make higher level gear as well as gear lower or the same level you are.Depending on if you have the right mats in your bank to do so.
