Igenous Weapons Bug

Currently if you are in a group of 6+, the Major Brutality buff from Igneous Weapons will be applied to all players surrounding the caster without being applied to the caster. This bug is very inconvenient in trials and requires that I slot weapon power potions, please fix asap!
