I think you also have to run AA;-)
Nekropotence should be better than scatching on single bosses like AA, HR, SO. Just had a short test on pts and hope i get it full divines quick on live...0 -

Necropotence with full raid buffs gives around 9k magicka more than scathing, but that crit is so good though...0 -

On PTS i had 52-55k magicka with this set ;-)
Also jewerly can be looted which makes it also interesting for pvp...1 -

I switch to dunmer with last patch and have 4 pieces scatching mage divines 1 is infused, 2x nerienth divines, 3x infalliblemage, 1x msa fire sharpened, 2x thorug sword (1xsharpened, 1x precise)
Get some infallible Swords for 3.14% extra-crit on AoE/Execute-Bar
and nice dps ofc Noobplar0 -

Me too...but i got lucky during HRC/AA-speedruns...just don't know where to use this two swords

Necropotence with full raid buffs gives around 9k magicka more than scathing, but that crit is so good though...
its 4-5% more damage then julianos according to asayre. so also better then tbs and scatching.
But in aoe or bosses 1&2 in mol you can have uptime for scatching more then 65%. So my setup will be:
Single target bosses (AA,HR, SO) = Necro
Aoe and MOL = Scatching
I also think naecro could be fine in msa. But i got my 5pieces divines yesterday and dont make msa then...0
