Game will freeze or cause Xbox one to become extremely sluggish after update (this happens each day

I've performed hard resets, shut downs, cold boots, etc but every day or once at least every day and a half since last weeks patch, this game will freeze or lock up. But chat will work, and the music keeps playing.
I can navigate the Xbox dashboard and go in and out of the game and chat but the screen is completely frozen.
This happens OR the Xbox itself will become VERY sluggish until the game eventually crashes to the dash. Once this happens, the Xbox one is fine and I'll have to reboot the game and it'll play for a few hours 2 or more and be fine.
I just feel that something with your update that wasn't on the fix is still causing issues anywhere. Within Wrothgar town the game will crash to dash if I move around and if I go to the wayshrines area and approach one side it crashes immediately regardless of length of playtime, hard resets, etc.
FYI, this Xbox one is 3 weeks old and only plays this and the division.

✭Hey mate unfortunately that is normal i just recently upgraded my xbox to Elite ( best decision i ever made the controller ooo yhea anyway ... ) after the DLC the game would constantly freeze out sometimes lag and i need to turn it off and on , my friends are having the same problems and it annoying when you are in dungeons and that happens , also if you are using the group chat the chat gets turn off when you are going from one area to another so sometimes you are just talking to your self until you join it again.
hopefully this will be resolved in the mean time don't worry its not your xbox

Uberkull✭✭✭✭✭Agree with Smurf. I just restarted ESO since this 100% xp increase till the 22nd and went to IC to grind. IC has never been laggy, now since the DLC the framerate is horrid and for the first time ever, hard freeze on the game. In the sewers?
