Can we have a separate sub-Forum that lists up all abilities for actual status: bugs/sharing info ?

I see all the time different threads, on the same ability, with questions for explanatory help, bug reports or "is this intended" questions.
Searching for the actual status of a certain ability is a tedious effort.
Using the search function in the forum or on internet delivers many hits, but many are outdated because of the many updates meanwhile since 2014.
My suggestion:
It would be a blessing if there would be a sub forum with one official thread per ability, where we can post on that ability.
Name the ability in the thread always something like "STATUS_ability name" in one string, so we can easily search on that name to find the official ability thread, instead of a multifold of posts mentioning somewhere that ability.
The last status thread should also lessen confusion, like what the ability actually and intended DOES or PROCS, after a patch change.
It is not intended to have this as replacement for complaining about a (seemingly) bugged ability or a suggestion for improvement. There will be enough reasons why forum members would like to keep on doing that in separate posts, but it DOES secure that there is ONE place, easy to find, where a player can find the most actual info on an ability.
Also for the not so frequent visitors of this Forum.... also for the player that was searching on Internet.
And most of all for the players that want to play only and spend only time on the Forum to get the info they need.
I think this will keep our Forum at a more orderly state for factual ability info, saves a lot of time for the frequent forum visitors and is most beneficial for players that spend less time on the forums and for new players.
EDIT:
The sub-Forum could also contain official threads for the Armor sets, with a search string like "STATUS_armor set name", to have an easy to find last actual status on Armor sets. Especially for info on radius, cool-downs, proc triggers, etc.
