sorc exploit or...?

Last week I ran into a Sorc who was farming VR8 skeevers dropping the Storm Atronach on every pack, sometimes dropping two consecutive ones within a few seconds of each other. While I tried to report him, I couldn't spell his name in the Report box as he had all Alt-code letters, and I couldn't figure how to click on him to report player either. He never spoke so I couldn't do it via chat window.

Earlier today I ran with another Sorc in a group dungeon doing Elden Root, who was dropping a Storm Atronach on every new trash pack and dropping it twice per boss. I couldn't figure how he was generating Ultimate that fast, is there something I'm missing? Is this an exploit or is their a Set that gives them this oddly fast Ultimate to drop Storm Atronachs this frequently?

Storm Astro is bugged. It drops twice during combat if you spam the ultimate button.

A couple of the ultimates do this. some go off and dont work.... so it is balanced. i guess.

You can get your ultimate up really quickly if you kill Daedra and have the fighters guild passives (9 ultimate for each daedra/undead you kill).

Storm Atronach base cost: 200 ultimate
Sorcerer passives: 15% ultimate cost reduction
Cost Storm Atronach: 200 x 0.85 = 170 ultimate

Normal ultimate regen: 3 ult/sec
Let say you there is roughly 20 second between packs.
Thats 20 x 3 = 60 ultimate
170 - 60 = 110 ultimate left
110 / 9 = 12 deadra/undead you need to kill to get Storm Atronach up again, which isnt that many.

The bug that you place two Atronachs is pretty common but it a fault in the game, not an exploit by the player.

I hate that TG patch fixed this for templars before I grinded my templar when he was a baby lvl 12 I could summon 2 nova's

Now he can only summon one

Several ultimates can currently be used multiple times if you spam the ultimate button. I have personally had Templar healing ultimates go off three times in a row before it consumed any ultimate. Basically it seems like if you spam the button the ultimate will either not cost anything the first time or drop twice (which happens with Nova quite often).

As opposed to my Ultimates, which are charged up but, thanks to lag, simply will not go off, no matter how many times I hit the key...

There's something a bit odd about the entire Daedric summoning line, too. I've had my stamsorc followed by two Clannfears before. It's cool when it happens, ngl. I've seen other players with two Clannfears, too. I'm so glad I've never seen it with Flappy. 😳
