Can't discover Grudge Rock Falls

The icon for grudge rock falls in Wrothgar is not changing to show that I've discovered it, and in turn preventing me from getting the achievement Wrothgar Master Seeker. I contacted customer support and deleted save data on both my console and xbox live as suggested but it's still not working.
