Future barber/character modifier feature?

Will we be able to change gender and name in the future when barber shop/character modifier feature is released?

is there any specific post or video stated about this feature? I couldnt find one and I want to know

There is little information.

Also make change would probably be separate from barber shop and gender change is less likely.
