Group Finder Not Working

Just wondered if anyone else has been having an issue with group finder not working? I was queued up earlier for over an hour and never got placed in a group. Is it just me or am I missing something?

Lately, long queue for premade group happens again in PC. It happened 3 times so far, we had to wait 10 minutes before the dungeon pop.
