Craglorn Missing Guardian quest bug

Okay, the whirlpool portal to Reinhold's Retreat is still bugged and I have done all the so called "fixes" for the 6th time: dropping quest, relogging, reloading ui, removing addons, lowering graphics, roll dodge, weapon swap, zone to another location, trying on a different character, tried with 4 separate groups....nothing works still and I haven't heard a response to my several bug reports or posting on the General Help as to a solution or whether or not this is being investigated. Can I get something about this? Is it being looked at? Is there a solution that actually works? DOes anyone care?
I understand Craglorn is dead, but I want at least one of my characters to go through the Main storyline. But I can't advance in said storyline with this quest bug....been like this for about a month now and heard nothing...

Lol didn't even consider that the Serpent was at work :P And here I was gonna blame ZOS ^^. But still this has been down at least since Thieves Guild has been out. I haven't tried before because I haven't played that long and also been avoiding Craglorn since its so hard to find groups that wanna go through it. Would like it if the someone at ZOS would let me know whats going on. If they are looking into it or whatnot....0 -

✭There have been several threads about this, the quest is currently broken
. There are threads back in 2014 about it being broken as well. I would also really appreciate it if someone at ZOS could confirm that this is going to be fixed or at least is being looked into? While we're at it the quest "Gem of the Stars" in Craglorn can't even be initiated even after completing the "The Seekers Archive" prerequisite. My group sent bug reports about both.
