Lightning Flood bug

I have not checked the Liquid Lightning morph, but I frequently find that Lightning Flood simply stops if an enemy within the radius of the ability is killed, even if the full duration of the ability has not elapsed. This doesn't seem to be working as intended

This is ALL ground based DOT AOES even veil of blades a more defensive ultimate @ZOS_GinaBruno is this intended? if so it is not a good idea.
