Login Load Screen

Hey all.
Lately I've been having an issue where the initial loading screen after you enter your password doesn't end until I'm kicked back to login for inactivity. I'm not sure what the cause for this is, it's happening rather suddenly. Other issues began around the same time as this including random load screens when I'm out and about in zones, and after porting to a wayshrine or logging into a character they are invisible and cannot move for about 30seconds, sometimes longer.
So far I've tried repairing through the client and replacing my usersettings.txt file with the one in this thread, provided in the spoiler of the first response from ZOS: http://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/158408/black-screen-after-hitting-play
I have no idea what caused these issues in the first place, it was rather sudden with no obvious cause.
Any suggestions or ideas?
