Cake: Can't start Chef Donolon's quest

Can't start the quest for anniversary. Went to crown store, took the voucher. Came to Donolon, spoke to him, but doesn't give me the quest (also no indicator if there is one), because I apparently don't have the voucher. Go back to Crown Store, buy the voucher again, it says that I already have it. No quest still. Rince and repeat. Tried relogging, visiting other towns. No luck. Doesn't work.

Any fix? Any ETAs on a fix?

Look in your inventory and click on it, it should have a diolog screen thing that gives the quest outright then you go to Donolon.
