Blue screen, freeze, frame rate drop and lag

To be honnest only freeze is really a new experience for me since the TG DLC. It happend to me several times in Wrothgar, twice while attacking spiders.
The frame rate drop, the sound pitch, the whole game that is stuttering. Does ZOS know of these issues and will the fix it?
I'm convinced the lag will never be fixed but the new 'features' of this game must be a little embarrassing for the developers. Should there have been more testing and how can the community help the developers with the testing? Should there be something like a PTS for PS4 as well?

phillyboy7897✭✭✭✭0 testing for us. They were aware of these bugs when it was released on PC but still sent it forward to console.
I don't think a PTS will do anything but waste players time man. They don't care, just roll it out, game breaking bugs and all.
Make sure you get your camel mount.
Some issues will be fixed before DB some will remain no doubt.V16 Magicka Templar only
