BUG: I'm receiving reports that the cake exp buff isn't stacking with scrolls or ESO+

@ZOS_GinaBruno please look at this internally. The cake buff was described pre-release as stacking with all other exp buffs.

Mods: move this conversation to a place with a dev will actually look at it if this is the incorrect forum. Thanks.

Edit: the cake buff definitely does NOT stack with the scroll buff. Basically, when the cake buff is active, your scroll/psijic buff is null.

this issue is PVE related, so theyll probably respond very quickly and implement a hotfix asap

I get the feeling they are 100% adamant about not allowing us to use mementos in Cyrodiil, even though it's literally a meaningless limitation.

Hey instead of creating a new thread why not scroll down like 2 posts and read that they are already aware of the issue!!
Not trying to be a jerk but man everyone and their dog is creating a thread. It makes it harder to track everything.
