Hi all,
the question is in the title, I have 5 pieces SB, one molag kena, i would like to know what should I do with dual wielded, jewel, and bow

-SB+ 3 jewel marksman, one amor piece marksman, marksman bow and 2 leki s weapon (for max weapon damage)

-SB+ 3 jewel fasalla, 2 weapons fasalla, one armor piece léki, bow léki (to annoy healers when I am solo ganking or in a train)

-any other Ideas?

Right now, I am using Baharaha s curse, mostly for the 5th bonus wich provide a pretty good snare

thank you

Im using marksman with my shield breaker.

I have a master bow, so im using 5 SB, 5 MM (3 jewerly, 2 armour pieces).

Also if im going to use shield breaker, i might as well make my bow light/heavy attacks better with marksmen.

Bow primary builds are fun. So i would go max bow damage. :)

I'm using 2H though for Rally buff bar.

I like the suggestions @GreenSoup2HoT made; I would build my archer in a similar fashion to use Shield Breaker. If it was possible to use Shieldbreaker and Sheer Venom, I would do that instead, but alas we cannot. Sheer Venom and Marksman is a good combo, but not what you're looking for here.

To build off of what GreenSoup suggested, if you prefer not to run 2H, try making potions for Brutality / Savagery / Stamina -or- Brutality / Stamina / Detect, then run DW instead for it's superior AoE capabilites (b/c spin to win!). With maxed Alchemy, you can use vr10 potions and still get all three buffs for the full duration of your potion cooldown (in other words, 100% uptime on your buffs, all through potions). If you use the first combination, you won't ever have to run Rally or Evil/Camo Hunter again, which imho is far more valuable (to have 2 spots free, and not be limited to weapon type).

Dual Wield has higher WD potential than 2H does, and is much more versatile (and resource-efficient, too). The only drawback is not having a gap closer. Depending on your class, you may not need one (Ambush, Chains, Stoppling Charge.... lol?) or you may not even want one at all, if you're a pure archer build.

I don't know if anyone else has encountered this issue, but in its current state I wouldn't recommend 5 shield breaker. Since TG release it rarely procs, possibly due to the increased damage against shields that was added to the champion system. Regardless of the cause, I have noticed that even in extended fights against heavily shielded targets (30seconds +) it might proc twice with light attack weaving between almost all abilities used. 4 Piece shield breaker is still a good set for stam builds, but I am changing my own build to drop the 5 piece ability.

Shieldbreaker has a 100% proc rate. You may be having issues with your weaving if it is not proc'ing.

Lag could also be an issue.

I dont use a gap closer. I dont really need one. People need to close me or ill kill them from range.

Lag could be a possible cause. Nothing about my build or play style changed between this patch and last and it went from proc'ing frequently to infrequently, so I am not completely sold on that. Either way I would advise anyone wanting to use it to pay attention to the # of procs they are getting on average to make sure they are actually getting value from it.

Edit: This may sound like I am complaining, but it is actually a positive thing. My damage is better this patch than last, even against shielded enemies. So choosing a different 5 piece set, like in my case, could work out better.

Yeah I agree. Check out the procs at least before upgrading to gold. Could save you a lot of money if it's not working properly. I haven't used Shieldbreaker since TG hit live, so I don't personally know if it's working or not.

I have a full gold set. I love the set. I would use it on every stamina build. Its to valuable.... in other words, i hate healing/hardend ward spammers!!

If you do not light/heavy attack often. Dont get it.
