This one has a theory. That Chef Donolon - he seems suspicious to this one. Who turns up at the docks handing out many free cakes to strangers? Admittedly this one does the same thing at Fishmas with the fishy sticks but that's different ... because it just is.

Santie wonders if this Chef might be more then he appears - he has an awful lot of Os in his name for a start. Khajiit wonders if he might be some daedric entity handing out his mischief cakes then watching us all go to pieces over the effects?

I guess most of us kind of figured something would go wrong. Didn't expect to waste an XP scroll and a couple psijic pots before doing the math, myself, and figuring it out. My bad for not doing that sooner I guess. But what a disappointment, especially when everyone who's used their XP scrolls spent RL money on them. smh

Well after seeing the amount of complaints I think it's probably quite true that the cake bonus is NOT staking with other bonuses as promised. I have purchased XP scrolls I planned to use today. I will not be using them until I know if this is fixed. But for those people who HAVE used other XP bonus items I would certainly hope that when they apply whatever fix is going to be necessary that this will also retroactively award the additional XP they should have gotten. Of course then THAT screws over those of us who are holding off using additional XP boosters because we heard about the glitch. So, no matter what, some portion of the player base it getting shafted because of this. SIGH.

CONFIRMED. They do NOT stack as advertised.

Must be bugged... Please bring this thread to ZOS's attention. Maybe they will hotfix it and give us extra time for the days it was broken.

PSA: Jubilee Cake DOES NOT stack with other XP bonuses (science included).
