Your most random encounters?

Yesterday I came across a DC player fighting a dolmen, he decided that he wanted to fight me so I ended up killing him. I ended up getting the Lich boss and was rewarded with a Lich chest. He wasn't too pleased and sent me a message on the PSN challenging me to come back and try again. I thanked him for starting off the dolmen for me and accepted his request to a rematch. Somehow we ended up talking about ESO fishing and how we are both going for master angler, I ended up giving him a stack of crawlers and fished a few holes with him.

Also yesterday I came across three level 10-18s AD players trying to climb over the mountains to get to Ghartok scroll temple. I don't think they realised that you have to go through a scroll gate when it's open. When they saw me watching them from on my mount they started playing instruments, so I started dancing with them. Unfortunately a random EP player saw them and fired a cold fire directly on to them, my new yellow friends died a quick death.

So yeah, what's your most random PVP/PVE encounters? :)

Questing in Cheydinhal. Run into a max level AD player.

    I block.

    He blocks.

I slowly move away from him while still facing him to make sure he keeps his word. He does. So I go back to the quest giver. He follows me, then hits me with some kind of magic ability that takes a fifth of my health off. I freak out and hit my Hardened Ward, but he just uses a laughing emote at me, then mounts and leaves.

Just another one of those "Elitists" probably, doing what he wants cause he can.

Found an NPC tied up. She said she was sorry and 3 bandits spawned. I killed them and she ran off.

I'd say I've had plenty of decent random encounters trying to collect Skyshards in Cyrodiil. Being an exclusively PvE player, I only venture to Cyrodiil when I have a new character that needs SPs... typically I go in around level 22 which is when I normally have a decent skills to get through NPC combat. Most of the time whenever I've encountered enemy players in a delve, we've just ignored each other and went about our business... I appreciate those type of encounters. However, one time I happened upon a VR5 DK while I was with my level 23 Magicka 'siphon' NB... he attacked me, and for 15 minutes we fought with nobody gaining an advantage over the other. I was shocked, him being VR5 and having access to all his passives, skills, etc... couldn't even budge the health of my level 23. I would get him down to a little health, but didn't have a hard-hitting enough 'finisher' to hit him with before he healed himself. After 15 minutes I just started to back out of the delve and eventually drew in NPCs, which fought him while I Cloaked my way out of the delve... then I waited until he left before venturing back in for the Skyshard. That would be the most memorable encounter, the most annoying was being destroyed by a group of three enemy alliance players (in less than two seconds) in a delve that was a PITA to get back to.

I have a red whom when we meet at keeps we will destroy each other. Yet if we run into each other in Bruma I can walk right past them no problems lol. I have even done the dolman with them, then met half an hour later at a keep and it's on.

The last day of Azuras cp was in IC dancing with reds and yellows I knew most of there names, we had been killing each other for months. We were enforcing a few duels and dancing around in costumes and stuff playing instruments.

I have had many pvp stand offs with my Templar although I don't take her out that often, just when we need a Templar healer! it takes a few people to kill her, she had a 5 min battle stand off with an emperor once and had to walk away (because she's all Healy)

More often than not I encounter Gankers though.

I have a friend who plays a tank who was being attacked by a low level dominion guy he decided to use that time to send the guy messages about how he should join the covernant. ( we asked if he wanted us to come back and help but he said he wanted to talk to him. he got messages back on why won't you die. Just die already. DIE!

PVE wise well we had our old tank get us into a monster helm stand off with another group lol. And of course running around with naked sorcs is fairly common, and a few random marriage requests and one guy who offered to be my sugar daddy lol.

Ah I never do Bruma on Az. I still play on AZ Star on the EU, I much prefer it now without the CPs

Its not my most random but it is my most recent. I was outside BRK on my way to a treasure map when I ran into an AD. I start thumping on the guy. As I attempted to finish him off with a dragon leap/execute combo I flew up, landed on and exposed the rest of the 20+ zerg of clustered AD that were watching us fight from stealth. It was a glorious death.
I didn't choose tank life, tank life chose me.

@ArchMikem I just took one at the top of my head.

    But here is another story:
I got the "Grand Overlord Slayer" kind of randomly in the sewers. I was running Molly with a guild and we decided to run back to return our stones. On our way we met a group of opposing forces. My guildmates was ahead of me and entered through a door when they warned me of the incoming battle.
As soon as I entered loading screen I started spamming steel tornado (leet pvp skillz, I know) and appearantly I got last hit on a Grand Overlord (rank 50 player) and was awarded the achievement.

I never PVP so I count that as random and extremly lucky.

Awwww... wish that sort of thing happened more often, that people in cyrodil were more about having fun then earning kills! ;)

Well there was that Nord filly behind the tavern in Windhelm and a couple of Argonian maids in Blackmarsh.
The more complex the mind, the greater the need for the simplicity of play.
