the game is acting weird today

when i started to play today, i first noticed that the horse is no longer running at full speed even using the Retreating Maneuver, also, the Keen Eye 3/3 now only appear when i'm right above the object. the traders, specially on capitals, are taking about 8 to 10 seconds to appear, and finally i just found out that i'm not getting any Crafting Writs today, at least not at 6 a.m. as usual. my ping now is bellow 140, so it doesn't justify those problems. any idea what's going on? why there's so many changes in the game behavior today?

ongoing issue for me as well with the slow down on mounts and apperance of traders. whats even more odd, the speed issue isnt on one of my characters. regardless of mount or zone,hes unaffected,but all my other characters all about stop when theres a pebble or bump in the road.

This game has many, many bugs. Seems like when they TRY and fix one thing, another thing gets broken.

things are better now, but the horse problem is getting worst. somehow looks like the horse runs faster if i don't use the Retreating Maneuver or if i use it without running. combining the Retreating Maneuver with run makes the horse move slower.
