Selene's Web is freezing

On multiple occassions, when we group up and start walking into the beginning area of Selene's Web, the game completely freezes, but we can still hear each other in group chat. Forces a reboot.

I did it on two of my toons and each time 3 of us froze and had to reboot

Had the same thing just happened at the end on the last boss, my screen become completely frozen, Iogged off and logged on still didnt fix it, eventually I was just stuck on a loading screen, gaved up haven't been on since.
