Downloading the game, slow speed

Hi, I have recently tried a reinstall of the game, did a full clean and restarted pc. Now I am stuck at 16% of downloading the game. The game was downloading fine, now there is 0.0KB/s - 100KB/s. My internet is working fine and also the game has exception in the firewall. My internet speed is 50Mbps.
