Question about Cauterize

Since nobody on the combat/mechanics forum has been able to provide me with an answer, and my DK isnt high enough level to find out yet:

Does cauterize heal the caster, if no allies are nearby?

Thank you, was curious whether or not it'd be beneficial for self healing in a magicka dk build.

On a side note, does the damage shield from magma armor ultimate apply to the caster?

And another: Does the dragon blood morph "coagulating blood" always heal 33% of your missing health, or can it benefit from minor/major mending buffs to heal more?

I can comment on the dragon blood issue... I posted the same question some time ago, but no definitive yes/no answer was given. So I tested. I firmly believe the dragon blood skill and its morphs DO benefit from healing CP Passives. I threw 10 in each and believe it does work better with them in.

The "skill" itself always does 33%, but with Passives applied, it does hidden math and boosts the end result a bit

Ok, that helps. I was more looking into the morphs for other DK abilities that grant major and minor mending (+25% and +8% healing done respectively).
