soul gems bugged on ps4?

I don't really die that much, but the few times I have the game won't let me revive via a soul gem. What is going on? Is there a work around?

Be sure the soul gem obviously has a soul. But most important is the description. Different soul gems capture and revive a set range of level.

If your level 10 with a filled petty soul gem thats levels 1-9 so it wont work. Your guna need minor soul gem 10-19(i think) so on and so forth.

However there is no limitation or restriction to using it to recharge enchants on your weapon.
Just using a lower soul gem for a higher level required weapon fills less charges.(whatever what else are you going to do will the old low outdated soul gem)
While a soul gem thats higher would be wasting because it has potential to do more.

Best keep your grands for cyrodiil if you plan to pvp most people will be all sorts or level range so itll work for anyone to team revive.

Some people on PC were (still are? not sure) affected by a bug after Thieves Guild update where they could not rez on the spot despite having filled soul gems of the appropriate level and/or the soul summons passive.

Wonder if that is what is happening to you? If you have soul gems and cannot rez on the spot outside of Cyro, probably worth raising a support ticket.

Thanks for the big thing here but it's obviously a bug. I'm v16 using Grand Soul Gems. What was the workaround on PC?

There wasn't one afaik, just rez at a wayshrine until it's fixed (I wasn't affected with the bug myself, but a few were, and I am not aware of any workaround).
