Stealth changes

Now that you don't regenerate stamina while in stealth and moving but have 100% regeneration while not moving I would like to know:

What is the point of Improved Hiding (Legerdemain) and the first effect of Improved Sneak (Medium Armor)?

Are they 100% useless skills now?

Those passives are more useful than ever now. Maxing out these means you will use very little stamina while sneaking. They were less important before when regen could be used to overcome the cost of stealth.

To reduce the cost? You can make sneaking cost next to nothing, or nothing at all. This means you can move for longer before needing to take a second break to regen stamina.

I am a full magika build and I can stealth almost endlessly with the passives.

I have 4 points at Legerman 16 for 40 percent cost reduction on all my magic builds. Stam breaks are rare and short.

You are all right. I am always so focused in stamina regeneration that I just forgot that these things actually have a cost. Thank you.
