Vicious Death working as intended?

Today I died many times to VD explosion BUT I was on 1 v X fights, so my own "death" is killing me, basically vicious death is going off BEFORE 0 health, its actually going off on the 0% health, and there is a BIG diference, many times in dugeons/trials if you use ftc or any addons to see health %, you see the bar going all the way down to 0% BUT you don't die because you have something around 10-70 health, witch is actually 0.(SOMETHING)% of your health, the VD is rounding down o 0% and going off, basically its an execute, I have to further test it by going very low with light atacks and keeping annulment up, to show that VD is going to proc in the very end and actually be absorbed by annulment. IF anyone thats not AD is interested in testing this please msg me. ty
