Reaper's march faction quest line - Stonefire Machinations

quest NPC is missing... I tried relog several times as well as abandon the quest and accepting it again. None helped.....Please fix it :(

    Submit a ticket.It's got to be a bug.I had no problems with the Mane showing up.
