I completly agree with you, no doubt. It looks to me now that the numbers of all three fractions going to be equal for the last couple of days.
But anyway for me the pvp in Cyrodiil should be about taking keeps, defend your own scrolls and trying to depose an enemy Emp without all the crappy Nightcaps (no Matter what Fraction do it).
If only less DC are going to hide at Ebony and join the fights at Azura and i dont know where all the AD left to who played normally at Azura a few Weeks ago?
Azura can be so much fun to play so i can´t explain why they all don´t want to play without cp but enjoy the Slideshow on Truelagg or even on Ebony during the Primetime. I mean your group is doing fine here 90% of the time.
For me personally it is without CP much more balanced to fight than with cp´s.0 -

You're really being effected by the "moving negate"? For me that is a visual bug and whenever I encounter a sorc with it around him/her, I'm not affected by it, unless I'm actually standing where he/she places it.
I find it way more annoying that even tho I'm either outside of a negate when its being placed, or if I step out of it, I'm still affected by it when I'm 1-2 meters outside of it. THAT is annoying -.-Banana Squad | KiteSquad |

As cokris said, it's a visual bug... The negate can move, but you won't be affected by its effect.
