Trial Guild - Elite, Hardmode & Normal trials..

Hi Guys,
We're building up an extension of our main Guild for our core trial members. Raiders of the Lost Maw.. We have completed MOL on Normal and want to set up serious raids for Vet.
We are also running Trials for people to get their achievements for AA Hard, Hel Ra Hard, Sanctum etc.
Each member fits into a rank upon introduction to the guild and can move through as they complete trials (or have already done so).
GM
Raid Leaders - Those with the knowledge to run raids
Elite - Those who have completed Sanctum
Hard Mode - For all who have completed hardmode
Normal - For all of those that have only done normal mode
We are predominantly AD, however with the new cross alliances I don't suppose it matters what alliance you are...

We will continue to do the weeklies with all members that are available to get you on the leader boards. Shout at me or a raid leader to pull a trial together you need to complete.

How active is your guild in the weekday evenings from 9:30pm GMT/+1 onwards, am in Dublin Ireland. Have a little 4yo daughter, so only really get to game from about 9pm onwards.
How flexible is your guild or is it only MoL & trials you run?
Would be looking at running through undaunted dailies & eventually the 3 trials in Craglorn, DSA, IC, WGT & Imperial Sewers.
I seen & been apart of some guilds that run these things as early as 18:30, but unfortunately can't make these times or any time on Saturdays. Be great to find a good mature, patient guild to run with on weeknights including Sunday nights.
